We confirmed 5: London Travel Inn, Hampton Inn by Hilton London, American Plaza Motel, Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites and 1 more.
How do I make sure I get the tub room?
Book the named room type, not a standard king, then ask the hotel to confirm the tub the day before.
